What this calculator does — and does not do
This is a planning calculator. It does not calculate statutory holiday entitlement, decide whether carry-over is legally allowed, or account for country-specific rules, irregular hours, family leave, sickness or other employment-law adjustments. Enter figures you have already established from your own policy and records.
