Cookie Policy
This page describes exactly what LeaveVia stores in your browser and why. The short version: only what is needed to keep you signed in and to complete secure flows.

What LeaveVia stores
- Sign-in session (essential): after you sign in, your authentication session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in between page loads. Signing out removes it.
- Short-lived flow data (essential): during an invitation or password-reset flow, a one-time token and the page you were heading to are held in session storage so the link works only once and is not left in your browser history or referrer. This is cleared when the flow completes or the tab is closed.
What LeaveVia does not use
- No analytics or product-measurement cookies.
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No third-party tracking scripts, pixels or social-media trackers.
- No cross-site profiling of visitors to the marketing pages.
The only third-party resource loaded by the pages is the web font used for typography. Calendar integrations only exchange data with Google or Microsoft after a user explicitly connects a calendar, and that happens server-side rather than through browser tracking.
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent banners exist for storage that is not strictly necessary — typically analytics and advertising. LeaveVia only uses storage that is strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for, so no consent banner is presented. If non-essential storage is ever introduced, this page will be updated and consent will be requested before it is used.
Managing browser storage
You can clear site data at any time through your browser settings. Clearing it signs you out of LeaveVia and interrupts any invitation or reset flow in progress; the service will not work as expected if essential storage is blocked.
